We collect and process the following data about our clients: name, phone number, email, class attendance history, subscription and payment data, and the source through which you heard about the studio.

Purpose of processing: organizing class bookings, keeping records of attendance and subscriptions, communicating with you about scheduling and payment, and sending informational newsletters (only with your consent).

Legal basis: performance of a contract (class bookings, subscription sales) and your consent (informational newsletters, analytics cookies).

Retention period: data is kept for the entire period of your engagement with the studio and for a further 3 years after your last visit (for accounting purposes), unless the law requires otherwise.

Your rights: you may request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to newsletters at any time — write to info@sonrisa.studio.

We do not share your data with third parties, except where necessary for payment processing (payment provider) or where required by law.
