Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the website and services of Dance theatre "SONRISA" SIA.

Subscriptions: all subscriptions are valid for the stated period (usually 1 month from the activation date). Subscription prices and terms are listed in the "Pricing" section of the website.

Freezing a subscription: available by prior arrangement with the administration; the freeze fee is stated at the time of the request.

Cancelling attendance — open groups: you may cancel your attendance at a specific class without losing that class from your subscription, if your subscription allows it. If you do not cancel by 12:00 on the day of the class, the class is deducted from your subscription, but you retain the right to attend any other open class instead.

Cancelling attendance — closed groups: if you cancel by 12:00 on the day of the class, you receive the right to one compensatory visit to an open class. If you do not cancel, the visit is considered used with no right to compensation.

A trial class is provided once per person (matched by email/phone number).

Refunds: paid subscriptions and single-visit passes are non-refundable, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Hall rental and events: booking the hall for events (masterclasses, bachelorette parties, etc.) is arranged individually with the studio administration.
